Customer Sales / Service Advisor

The Job:

To proactively support the customer enquiry though the sales process.

Duties include:

  • Following-up website generated enquiries from people and companies looking to sell their cars
  • Re-qualifying these enquiries to ensure accurate data supplied to Purchasing Manager for valuation purposes
  • Building rapport with, engaging and educating the customer
  • Analyse current market place and valuation guides for examples of competing similar cars for sale
  • Re-marketing selected cars to internal and external databases
  • Develop and maintain own dealer contact portfolio
  • Liaise with administration and accounts departments to ensure efficient and timely viewings and purchases
  • Manage customer experience throughout
  • Plan daily activity to ensure effective enquiry management
  • Hours: 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday; 28 days annual holiday including Bank Holidays
