What age vehicles do you supply

Generally we keep to a maximum of 8 years old and 80k miles, however, there are times when we will have older or higher mileage cars if it is something a bit special where you can make a healthy retail profit.

How do I purchase a vehicle?

Simply view the vehicle details within the portal, click on the  ‘hammer’ icon or ‘bid now’ button.  Enter your bid and we will be in touch.

Do I have to bid in an auction format or can I simply buy outright?

Most of our vehicles will have a ‘SellCar Price’ on the advert.  This is the price we require for the vehicle.  Simply bid that amount, message or call us and we will complete the deal with you.

Do I have to collect, or can you deliver?

Yes we can provide delivery, the cost is calculated on your invoice and you simply select it as an option.  The same timescale applies, that payment is required within 48 hours and in advance of us delivering.

Are there any fees to pay?

There is no monthly subscription/sign-up fee. If you do purchase a vehicle, a small buying fee is added to the invoice based on the purchase value (see ‘Terms & Conditions for full details). Also, if you require delivery, this is additional based upon your location.

Once I’ve placed a bid, can I retract it?

If we are still in negotiation on the deal and you make an error with your bid, please contact us as soon as possible via the portal. Once a deal has been agreed, we would expect you to honour your bid on the vehicle.

How up to date is your stock?

We keep everything as fresh as possible so if we are unable to agree a deal within 5 days we will close the enquiry. However, if you do miss a vehicle, please make contact with our VRE team who can assist you.

What checks do you carry out?

Experian and HPI checks are completed including mileage. If there are any mileage discrepancies we will resolve this prior to purchasing the vehicle. Finance is also cleared at the point we take the vehicle into stock.

Where does your stock come from?

Generally our stock is privately owned vehicles with some company disposals as well. We do not purchase from auction to sell through our portal and we do not remarket other dealers over-age stock or unwanted trade vehicles.

How do I pay you for a vehicle?

We require payment by bank transfer prior to the vehicle leaving site. You also have the option if desired to pay for the vehicle via NextGear stocking finance. If you are not signed up with NextGear you can apply directly through our portal.

Do you store vehicles?

No. Once invoiced, payment and collection is required form our Nottingham office within 48 hours. After this an additional £25/vehicle per day will be charged as we do not have the space to store vehicles unfortunately.

What if I purchase a vehicle and it develops a problem?

We take great care to avoid this. All our vehicles are checked by professional appraisers which includes a 20 minute test drive prior to purchase. Vehicles are then driven back to our Nottingham office. If any faults develop prior we will notify you and discuss. Please ensure you are satisfied with a vehicles condition prior to payment and removal from site. However, if there is an issue, please contact us as we all strive for a strong working relationship.
