Established in 2007, SellCar has been a core part of the online car purchasing sector since the sector started. We are not a new kid on the block; we have not needed to rebrand (normally due to poor customer reputation). We have experienced year on year growth every year since we started trading, organically – as a result of extremely hard work and an uncompromising approach to our customers.  Transparency is at the heart of everything we do, meaning that there really is no “catch” when selling your car to us.
 
People generally use this method to sell their car for one of two reasons: either they require quick cash for their car or they do not want the hassle of selling privately. Whilst we obviously receive enquiries from customers who require quick cash for their car, this is not really our target market. As we offer a free of charge collection service and also an instant cleared funds payment method, our process tends to lend itself to the busy professional who just doesn’t have the time or inclination to sell their car privately and whose work lives are too busy to take time off work to go to one of our competitors.  We are, in effect, a concierge service to this type of customer.
