My name is Simon Strom. I sold my car, an RS4 Audi that is a very high spec car and thought it would be hard to sell this time of year. Before I got in touch with SellCar I had several Audi dealers make me offers that never came to anything. So I rang SellCar and spoke to a gentleman called Chris he was totally 100 per cent honest from start to finish and the lady called Shari who dealt with payment was so on the case it was unbelievable. I gave her my bank details and in less than 5 minutes cleared funds were in my account exactly to the sale price and the car inspector, who was excellent and sorted my private no plate exchange out and paper work that I wouldn't of had a clue. He was 100 per cent professional and would not let the car leave my hotel till i checked my bank and was totally satisfied. I will recommend SellCar to all my locals and residents and already have done to our local car dealer who couldn't believe that it was all done in hour and not one problem as he advised us there are buyers out there that don't do what they say they will. Very quick in responding to initial enquiry and very professionally handled from start to finish. Very polite and helpful collections team. Excellent communications especially from the accounts department (even if it was the mother-in laws fault!!!!).
